Hi,

I'm new here. I was diagnosed with depression about two years ago but it's come back in full force about two months ago. I started medication for the first time, but I find myself unable to do the normal things I used to. I feel as if depression has totally changed my personality and I'm scared it's not going to come back.

Yes depression is scary but you are not your depression. Sometimes our brain makes us think that we are crazy and alone. Remember to be kind to yourself

I hear ya. I've been struggling most of my life with depression. It's back full force right now for me too. I am also new to this website. Just joined this evening. Just knowing I'm not alone in this helps me.
