Hi all! New to the app. I have been suffering from anxiety, depression and functioning bi polar disorder since I was 12 years old. I am a newly single mother of 2 going through a divorce. My moods are so up and down it drives me crazy and make some days nearly impossible. Any advice or recommendations greatly appreciated. Hope you all are well.
