Yes, definitely! I feel much more optimistic and hopeful when the sun is shining, but full of doom and gloom when the weather is dull and wet. I sometimes wonder if I should buy a SAD lamp to try.

You've probably googled it by now but a SAD lamp is used by some people to treat the symptoms of seasonal affective disorders (SAD). Apparently these lights give off the same sort of light rays as sunlight does, which gives our mood a lift. I don't know how guaranteed or reliable these benefits are though. The lights are available to buy on Amazon and no doubt on other websites as well.
