Hi, No we are not alone, it is a curse as far as I am concerned, robs me of life and the enjoyment of same, thankfully for me it usually ends, takes med's but I do not care the feeling like I am living in hell is awful. Be good to yourself, love yourself, do not criticize yourself, it is not your fault, the amygdala is acting up, and it happens from what I can tell to thousands of us, but we usually are ignored and and treated with distance. Be good to your self and seek out friends and family that will stand with you. You are Loved, I send you Love and Peace, Sprinkle 1.
