Low libido

Hi I’m having very very low libido and wondering how I can improve it?

Oh my goodness! Finally someone who is going through the same thing as me! I have no idea how to improve it and i wish i knew the answer. Unfortunately dpression and anxiety can cause this horrible thing. And antidepressants can do this too. I saw online that Wellbutrin can help with that and once i schedule my appointment i will ask my doctor to put me on it. Google Wellbutrin i saw a lot of positive results that can help with your concern. Hope i helped!

*I also learned that exercising can help with this naturally as well*

Thanks I haven’t been exercising much lately so I’m sure that’s a part of it. I will definitely try that! I have been on Wellbutrin before and I think it didn’t affect it either way which was good but didn’t help my mood so I switched to something else. If it’s not one thing it’s another!

Dang that sucks! Maybe look up other medications that could increase it. I guess every one is affected differently by each medicine!!! Hope you find the right meds and hope exercising helps!!! I need to start myself....lol😭

Welbutrin is not going to make much difference if you are taking other medication for anxiety or depression. Sorry.

Chemistry. It's used for depression and if you are taking an antidepressant and/or antianxiety,.....well follow the dots. Chemistry. Have friends on it. Sorry.
