New here I am almost 6 weeks postpartum and had a very bad experience after delivery had a seizure and developed postpartum pre eclampsia. Also developed tachycardia. Now every little pain or ache that I have I think I'm going to die. I feel like I'm just waiting around to die it makes me so depressed. I have my babies to live for but at times I get so depressed that I just want it to end already.

I can relate to you thinking any pain is something deadly and you start obsessing over it and then brings you to a panic. I don't have postpartum but I do have the same symptoms mine are from anxiety and panic attacks. It is so hard to deal with and I also have kids and you want to be there for them but you need to take care of yourself. Maybe you can try to seek out a doctor or therapist to talk about what's going on. I have dealt with this for years but after talking with someone I've learned to have more control over it. Some times are better than others Good luck.
I'm assuming they sent you home from the hospital so they wouldn't let you get discharged if they thought you were going to drop.dead. You said babies so if you had more than one that's even more ....you did great healthy babies you go girl...I think you should get help with babies rt now so you can get sleep and keep your bp down and call Dr and consider getting antidepressant or minimally go talk to a therapist it will make you feel better.,.also avoid processed foods because very high in sodium , low sodium food only and no added salt ...I'm assuming your still losing the baby wt at so that will help with the blood pressure ...go for walks that'll help too All.the best your going to have some pains after having baby ..take whatever help from people you can get ..don't isolate yourself that will just make you more likely to ruminate
Also check.your bp. So you know the meds they gave you are controlling yr bp sufficiently calm.com helps me calm.down sometimes too just 10,minutes meditating will.easy that anxiety
