My mind is racing tonight. Thinking about my triggers. Thinking about self-mutilation a lot lately. I feel a build up of anxiety and despair every few minutes and have to breathe deeply to let it pass.

I'm glad I can share my thoughts with this community, it helps to write in my journal, but it's even better to have real people relating. Thank you everyone.

I agree completely. Sometimes I journal my thoughts and it will help to calm me but today it seemed that my issues were beyond that. Being able to relate to others going through the same thing helps to provide comfort.

This community is a great release. Do you have a therapist too? Mine is not so great now but I've had some who are really good.

I agree that this is a great place to connect with people who are going through similar stuff. I've seen several therapists, but haven't found one yet that I feel a connection with. I always feel like the hour is just an hour of pay for them.
