Anxiety / depression / panic attack

Hello everyone, this is my 1st time here. I'm 39 years old and been dealing with anxiety and depression for many years. From dealing with being child molested to sexual harassment by a landlord last year. My anxiety attacks hit a new high when I was going through stroke like symptoms because of the high amount stress I've been dealing with. I've recently became unemployed and I'm dealing with very bad migraines now. I'm on sleeping pills. I'm sweating like crazy on a daily basis these pass few weeks. I've been looking for work like crazy.
