Tightness of chest, AGAIN =*

I hate this... but I'm trying not to fight it and let it be but it's scary as heck. I need to go to sleep soon bc of work but when I think about the job I started, why do I feel anxious?!?! Everyone there is super sweet, I get to work with dogs, the only con is I have one split shift. I don't know... I just want my chest to free up. Sigh...

I used to feel like tht then i went to a local clinic thy told me I must take chronic medication it didn't work I ws so anxious all the time my heart beat was beating very fast almost had a heartache you need to take a deep breath in and out in and out free you mind let ur mind be blank dont think about anything just the air you are breathing eventually u will calm down hope u get better

Yes i did it started as panic attacks i couldn't breath the pain tht i felt in my chest it was like someone put a knife and stab my chest it ws very bad and tht i had stopped taking my

I had stopped taking my meds i ws feeling hot i went outside i jst needed some air i tried breathing it took me like 5minutes to breath thn i did in and out until i calmed down since then i hvnt had any panics i try nt to think so much i really dont want to stress my heart.
