Is it your anxiety or just you?

Sometimes I'll think I'm having a migraine from anxiety when really I've forgotten to eat or my nasal area is congested. don't forget to stay on top of little things such as eating, allergies etc. save yourself the stress!

you mean you forget to eat or something that leads to a migraine and you think its anxiety causing it?

I just realized yesterday that I'll confuse it with those I listed above it feels the same.
