Cant Fall asleep unless im on the phone with someone

Anyone else like this? Like i dont even need the person to talk. Just the "feeling of them being there is all i need and ill put them on speaker and knock out.

But not just anyone. has to be someone who needs me as well....

Yes, this has helped me as well. Especially in the middle of the night when the nightmares hit. Having someone there on the phone keeps me grounded. Not sure that they need me as well but at least knowing they care about me that much to leave the phone on all night helps me.

Youre right. honestly, its MY fear that certain ones are doint it to, i guess, "shut me up" made me say it the way that i did.

id rather be on the phone without that feeling because otherwise, all i do is feel lonelier then when i first called...
