Death isnt the solution to you problems you have fight tooth and nail for your sanity killing yourself is only gonna bring grief and headache to your family im sure that they love you and if could reach out and tell that you need help im sure they will be willing to listen please please give it a try.

Death is not a solution, this is very true! Thank you for the supportive post, I think some people will benefit from seeing this! When I start thinking these bad thoughts I utter my affirmation slowly over and over, "suicide is NOT an option." And as shameful and worthless as I feel I must drag myself out of bed and tell someone that I cannot stop thinking about/imagining suicide. Not everyone is a good person to tell that to, but find someone who will listen to that and understand and help. If not in person then share it on here!
