Moving out tomorrow, mixed emotions.

I'm having mixed emotions on moving out tomorrow and I'm finding it almost impossible to concentrate on other things. When you have that overwhelming feeling come over you when you just want something doing now.

I have a lot on my mind but such as how am i going to settle? Whats this flat going to be like with me and my partner together? how stressful is this week going to be? Whats my family going to think of my place? Some unnecessary question I'm overthinking on.

I've always struggled with overthinking things through to the point I worry. I haven't had a panic attack in a month which is great, i guess that means I'm dealing with things well.

I only have today left at work but I'm trying to focus but its difficult. I just want wanted to write this and get it off my chest.

Moving is a stress - glad you are handling it so well. Make a list and prioritize what needs to be done ✅-

I like to do 1-3 with one the urgent thing and 3s you can leave for later. you might already be moving! How goes it?
