Salam,

i am new in this group,plz someone help me to cure this disease i got ocd from my genes i don't understand my thoughts are real or not m so confused and anxious plz help me to solve these things...

Hi nice to meet you. I have not heard of OCD being caused by genes! You can inherit a propensity to it or it can be learned behaviour which is a bit different.

OCD is a symtom of anxiety and this can be helped by seeing a doctor and getting some treatment. Have you done this yet?

There are no medical experts on here, just fellow sufferers so we can't solve them for you I'm afraid. See a medical expert as meds and/or counselling should be able to help you.
