Now we're getting somewhere

Hi all 👋

It's no surprise to me that anxiety & depression may be the root cause of my many new unexplained health issues. However, I thought I put these bad boys to bed a long time ago. I've put a ton of work into myself to grow, heal, forgive and make peace with what haunted me for many years. I've created a positive life for myself and my future. I'm sure many people here have had similar experiences.

I will say that the passed year has been very stressful. Not in a bad way more of a busy, cramming, overwhelmed way.

Then my health started declining. I Pretty much went from my 40's to 80's in a matter of months. Everything from my skin to my brain was off. I had body aches and hip pain that I needed help putting bottoms on.

I've been testing everything and every result comes back fine. Sooo..... I though that I had a brain tumor, lupus, Lyme and MS.

It seems all arrows are pointing to triggers of stress that have affected me physically, my memory ( getting lost in places I knew), forgetting words and mispronouncing them.

And I share this information only to let others know how much more damage can be caused than we think.

Blessings

Hello,

Thank you for your support. I don't have stomach issues. However, if you are worried you should get it checked out to outrule something serious and give you some ease. It's possible that it could be linked to a number of things. I'd also suggest going over your symptoms; make a journal of when you experience problems, what foods and events took place. I pray that helps you.

In turn, endocrine dysfunction could be the source of your anxiety and depression. Though you might never find that out from allopathic medicine, since most docs stink at endocrinology. If they gave you a TSH test and said "you're fine", that is a red flag, since TSH is a poor diagnostic tool.
