Trying to find folks for a support network in SE MN.

Hello. I didn't quite understand what you wanted and where. Because this is global support venue, that may just be my lack of familiarity with some abbreviations. Are you looking for an anxiety and depression support group in South East Minnesota, US ?

I look for several years for some type of local support group, and HealthUnlocked has been the best one I could find, and I look very diligently.

Well, I'm as far south of you that I could possibly get ----Florida WestCoast.

HealthUnlocked is the best support group I've found.....there is a loosely formed activities anxiety group in my area, but it wasn't what I was looking for....can you imagine what an outing with 20 other people could be like if all were going through anxiety attacks?

Agreed. I am really feeling motivated to start something in my area just for my own good.

Good luck to you if you decide to do that. It could be a really good support group with people you could actually call or spend an afternoon.
