Hi there. I am having serious sleeping problems due to the overthinking most of the times. Feeling very hot suddenly with no reason... Also when i need to go out or see someone, i feel nervous and start to sweat like crazy. I have anxiety problems as well but actually they are not the real problems, most of the time i imagine the worst case situation and think on it for hours. Therefore, i can not follow other people and they complain that i don't listen them. Also i forget so many things... plus I have had digestion problems all the times. As you can understand all these things making my life very difficult and sometimes horrible. Thanks for reading till here and I will be happy if you have any advise for these problems.

Dear Miragei,
I'm not certain what the difference is between "over thinking things" and a form of anxiety. I'm serious and not at all critizizing you. To let you know a little about me, I have anxiety AND a black eye that won't stay open yet....Yes, that's just to let you know anxiety can be worse and we need to keep a sense of humor when it starts raising its' ugly head....come on, smile...that's sort of funny.
Because I'm getting so anxious and frustrated by not being able to do much with not seeing very well at the moment, I increased the font on your post so large that I think my neighbor can read it. lol
Are you seeing a therapist or doctor about your anxiety? Your "over thinking everything" sounds like a form of anxiety. And getting so hot suddenly....I've had that happen too, and then started worry about it....but that is anxiety in another form for me. When I realized that, it stopped happening.
Just write a little more about your situation, if you are seeing a doctor or are taking medication, i.e. so that other people in this venue will be able to offer some suggestions. And they will.
They are really good about replying with helpful information.
