Lately have this anxiety of death

In the pass month there has been 2 lost and the family plus my pastor father dieing and it gets me in this fear of dieing where paralyzes and of course panick attacks depression and insomnia does not help it just seems like all this is putting stress and making me over think a lot of stuff all negative thoughts.

Hi I am so sorry to hear this. Of course you are thinking about death coz we all do when we lose a loved one. Feel the fear and the emotions as they will help with the grieving process.

Death unfortunately is a big part of life but no one can avoid it. The trick is to live your life and make the most of it.

I know the feeling you are having I lost my grandfather, my mom and my mother in law all in may. The whole fear of dying has hit me hard and is making my anxiety and panic attacks super bad right now. All I keep thinking is what happens if something happens to me what about my kids
