Every morning I have been waking up with anxiety around the same time. This has been happening for a couple months. I was wondering if anyone else had the same symptoms and how they cope.

Morning anxiety
Hello Wally76. For some helpful replies to your question, I think you may need to add details about what is happening when you wake up with anxiety, do you shake it off quickly, were you dreaming when you woke up, do you take medicine at night or in the morning after waking up with anxiety? Etc.
For a very long time before my feet hit the floor my chronic anxiety would start. Hated waking up in the morning because that meant I was probably going to have the anxiety with me for the rest of the day. It is not funny at all.....except for the very worn pattern in our rugs where I would pace around the house for hours trying to live through the anxiety.
And how did you end your early a.m. Amxiety?
Either I focus myself by walking or reading. I also take Zanax when that doesn't help. It still isn't easy dealing with it everyday. I sometimes get that feeling in my head that I just cant take it anymore and have to try really hard to refocus myself. Even on my vacation I dealt with it every morning and it really sucked. Waking up with anxiety when I should have been enjoying myself. I am trying just to find the ride meds at this time.
Thank you for your reply! I have read morning anxiety has to do with cortisol issues...not sure how to approach dealing with that. I assume breathing exercises. I HATE waking up anxious!!! About nothing-no less. Bah!
Good luck on your quest for meds!
PS I will say this: large amounts of fish oil does help me!!!!
