Hey there! Welcome to the community. I don't know where you're at in your journey, but if you're here because you see distancing yourself as a problem, there are a couple things you can do. Look at the support people in your life, and see if there's anyone there who can hear you out and help you become less stressed. Then I'd recommend finding a group of stay-at-home parents nearby who can relate to exactly what you're going through. Even having people waiting for you once a week can make a big difference when trying to come back out of your shell!
Please be patient with yourself. Most distancing can be undone with time. Right now, you're going through a lot, and so it makes sense that you need to take care of yourself. Wishing you strength & comfort in the journey ahead!
