Son with OCD

Hi All,

I have a 16 year old son who suffers from OCD and has a mild form of autism. We have read several books and tried to work programs with him, but he isn't ready to face it head on. He's a big procrastinator. He is brilliant skipped grade and only shows up for tests and never turns in his work. We haven't found the right approach to inspire him. We are trying to implement the book talking back to OCD. Daily life is hard and I just want him to have a quality of life. We're a hot mess basically. Any suggestions?

Can you explain what "the book talking back to OCD" is? What other skills do you suspect your son lacks since he currently doesn't do homework and only shows up for tests?
