PTSD social anxiety.

Stopped my meds a few years ago and I'm not looking to go back on any. Service related ptsd, absurd social anxiety to the point I don't go to parties or shows. I've tried yoga, dbt, drugs and my next thing is acupuncture next week.

Social anxiety may seem absurd but the anxiety is very real. I think all anxiety seems absurd to some degree or other. It's effects are very real and often very serious to the sufferer. Relief is very desirable so a solution is desperately sought. When it's found, relief is tremendous and welcomed.
