I have major ocd I take 4 showers a day and wash my hands at least 150 times a day. I have been compared to the movie what about Bob. But along withy ocd I also suffer from ptsd anxiety severe depression as well.

Hi I am sorry to hear that and it sounds very uncomfortable. Have you seen your doctors and are you on any meds? Are you having any counselling etc.?

Yes I'm seeing a therapist and after many years of not even realizing it was ocd I have figured out why I do it. And I'm taking anti anxiety meds. But I don't believe they are helping much.
