Sure you do! And sometimes you gotta follow that up with a phone call to the doctor who's going to help you feel better in the long term.

But even then, the tears don't seem to help. I know for me, it leaves me feeli g even worse. To know that you should be at least somewhat happy with your life, yet to feel like everything is falling apart, that you're in the way and to not understand WHY you feel that way...it kills me. So what do you do when evrn the tears don't help you?

for a millisecond it feels like it works but then you think what the hell are you doing sometimes a good sleep helps if you can get it

I do too. Also, I find if I let myself just drift without editing my thoughts that can help as well. However it still is hard.
