Hey!!! You are not alone.... recently I have lost a lot due to my anxiety, ptsd and depression but lately I have found god in my life for the first time in a long time and it has really helped me overcome some of it....have u seen your doctor yet?

Yes. I was diagnosed with anxiety/ depression in 1997. The PTSD came from teaching in dangerous and hostile environments. I go to therapy, take meds, and am very spiritual. Thanks for replying to me! It is so easy to let myself feel like I am the only one and alone.

I am so sorry to hear you are suffering. I suffered from PTSD for years and know how hard it is and how haunting it can feel. I am glad to hear you are getting help. I am in treatment too. I have nightmares from the PTSD. I also have really negative thoughts and some bad memories. Hopefully, you will get all the help you need from your doctors and this site.
