Have you been following this article? The previous MD1003 I remembered was biotin, and experimental treatment was also carried out for PATIENTS with AMN, but there is no further information. I read this article that the disability of MS can be reversed, I am looking forward to it, because our symptoms are very similar to MS. I don't know if you've ever looked at biotin.

I've included Biotin 300 mg /day with my high antioxidant cocktail recommended by my consulting neuro for cerebral ALD. I was advised it may have some effect on oxidant stress.
Thanks for sharing that article! I had been following some early studies a couple years ago about it but then forgot about it. That’s a LOT of biotin they use. I have tried a lower dose OTC hoping it might help a little bit.
I am looking into biotin now. I have corresponded with MS people who have tried biotin. Some of them have said it helps with bladder issues, eyesight, etc. in spite of the negative trial results.
