High dose biotin

Has anyone given the high-dose biotin a try?

I took it for the best part of a year. Did no good.

Huge numbers of MS people take it nobody has been remyelinated yet.

Still, it's cheap, it's worth a try.

Did you take the 300,000 micrograms?

Which is 30,000 times the usual dose.

Easier to call it 300mg. That's the dose.

I'm not knocking it. Anything is worth a try.

It sure is easier. Just wanted to stress the extreme difference from the usual dose
