Feel that Burn!

A new elevated feeling for me, especially while sleeping. I used to be woken up with leg cramps, which when I started the MIN-102 trial that seemed to go away. Recently I've been getting amplified fire in the legs with a very stiff leg tightness. It does pass and I'm able to go back to sleep, but like most things with AMN, I don't like it. (But we deal with it!) While it's difficult while on the trial to add more drugs into the mix, does anyone do anything that helps relieve? When I do get up in the AM I do my daily leg stretches and then seems to help, but the fire is still blazing.

Hope everyone is doing well otherwise, another day with AMN!

Magnesium and lots of it. The glycinate form, so as to avoid loose stools.
