Does anyone strongly recommend Cerluten. I have been on Baclofen since last year and i am very sick and weak and my gait is worse. I have never been more aggressive and rude in my behavior as I am now. I tapered of it slowly but i still suffer a lot. Can Cerluten benefit me on the long term. I am a 38 year old male AMN patient with addison's disease .I can't trust any Doctor near me. No one seems to understand my suffering. My last brain MRI and spine MRI were last August. My neurologist said they were fine and completely normal. I was a much healthier and happier person in March 2017. I

also vomited a number of times during the last three months. I withdrew gradually from 70 mg oral Baclofen and stopped it. I can't take it anymore because i vomit quickly if I take the minimum dosage possible.

I am unsure as to why specifically you’d want to use this peptide supplement. It is generally used for brain health. What are your thoughts?

It is used for a much broader range of disorders and conditions that impact the emotional and physical well being.

After one year taking, Cerluten has fixed my ALD demaged brain. MRI confirmed. I am on Cerluten for last 3 years.

It is all I can share with you.

Before supplementing you had abnormal white matter in your brain? And now it’s normal? If so, that’s very profound

dear Nikolah, So far I haven‘t finished my first month of cerluten. From your experience, it takes more time to feel the benefits?

My story is very sophisticated. I was diagnosed with Addison's diseases when I was 8 years old. My late brother passed in 1998 after complications of ALD. The first time our family went to Kennedy Krieger was in 1996. I had very dark skin before beginning my Addison disease treatment in 1987. I began the diet with the lorenzo's oil when i was 16 years old. After two years my brother passed away. He was 29 years old. I was at college in Lebanon in the Middle East at that time. I couldn't do well in Computer Science, and went through a very stressful situation. During that period which was in 2002, I began to vomit and get depressed. I went to Kennedy Krieger in 2002 for the last time. I was about 23 years old. Till that time, my MRI at Kennedy Krieger was OK as they told me. In 2003. during my studies at college, and after I swithced to another major, which was linguistics with a concentration on the English Language and I enjoyed lot, I was very depressed at that Time. I had to see a psychiatrist, who prescribed for me Deanxit which is banned by the FDA now.. I also took Seroxat. Gradually i returned to normal and was happy, and I graduated in 2004 with a BA. After that,I continued to monitor my situation with a neurologit in Riyadh in Saudi Arabia. Until last year, I was still taking deanxit and Seroxat, 2 pills of Deanxit in the Morning and 1pill at noon, and 50 mg of Seroxat CR before sleeping. My neurologist told me to stop Deanxit in March last year, but he told me I can continue with Seroxat. After I gradually withdrew from Deanxit, I started to notice some problems in my bladder and some difficulty urinating. I began to take Xanax occasionally 0.25 mg before going to sleep. My mother has Psychosis and I had a terrible time with her taking care of her, in addition to doing My normal work in Translation. My neurologist didn't want me to get addicted to Xanax. So He prescribed Baclofen for me. I started with 5 mg in the morning and 5mg in the evening. My depression ans weakness increased. He told me to raise the baclofen gradually till 70 mg. It became Iike hell . My brain MRI last March was fine. I did a spinal chord MRI in August 2017 and it was fine. I became very suspicious of my gradual deterioration. I have now nerve pain and a kind of loss of sexual desire and a bit of abdnominal pain. When i was withdrawing gradually from baclofen , I started COQ10 30 mg. Now I take 60 mg daily after breakfast Now my appetite is very low. I feel that my skeletal Muscles all over My body are aching. Sometimes I feel better and sometimes I am worse. But my social anxiety increased a lot. I stopped lorenzo's Oil in 2006. This is my case. I hope i was able to explain it well.
