Hello. I have used Staysure for my European holidays and they are very good, but I know you will pay a hefty premium for cruises because of the cost of repatriation. Have you tried any of the comparison sites?
Please be honest with your answers as if you try to hide anything and you need help, it may go horribly wrong!
Hi I have tried the websites and they refer me to call. Called a couple and they have refused to insure me, no reason govern when asked, very frustrating.
My daughter recently could not get cover because of waiting for a hospital appointment, however she got good cover with a firm called Tailor Made.Worth a try
Try the Post Office Insurance, I got a fantastic quote for my 8 health issues including AF and Osteopaenia.
try medicaltravelcompared.co.uk but check their suggestions give you the cover you need.
if in uk the post office is good
Thank you
I think I got a quote from Staysure. Allclear also quoted me but was very expensive. I wasn't after cruise insurance this time but have had it before. Cruise adds more cost, I suppose in case you need to be airlifted off for a cardioversion? Look out for the excesses too, some of them are eyewatering!
Do a Viking cruise and take out their insurance that comes with it.
We're looking at Staysure and Avanti.
