There are lots out there but I use Staysure or Allclear....

staysure.co.uk/

allcleartravel.co.uk/?gclid...

I can recommend All Clear. My insurance is always quite pricey but I found this company was a fair bit cheaper than rival companies particularly for USA and Caribbean

We have annual cover with SAGA. I'm 67, wife is 60, cost circa £300 a year worldwide cover. Went with them because my father-in-law made a substantial claim when he was taken ill in The Canaries. They just paid up without any issues or arguments.

Hi,

I just searched travelling with a medical condition and you get a fair choice, if you are booking for one holiday only it is usually cheaper.

Enjoy!

Booking for a single trip is always cheaper.

Consider an annual policy if you travel more than a couple of times a year. Don't forget to advise the insurer of any changes in your health. Medical cover including repatriation is the only worthwhile cover to have.

The other sections of a travel policy are largely a waste of time and difficult to claim on. Check what cover you have under your household insurance.

I have used All Clear and Staysure, and also SAGA, depending upon which is the most competitively priced at the time. Thankfully, I have not needed to claim on any of them, so can't comment on the claims process, but there have been no problems getting insurance through any of them. It is most important to declare everything! In fact, if circumstances change after setting up the insurance, you must inform them. For example, I was put on warfarin and rang to tell them. It resulted in a modest increase in the premium, but it would have been worth it!

Hi. I have used Staysure and World First in the past. And have found that an annual policy is very expensive especially if traveling worldwide including the Americas so usually go for single trip. Enjoy 😊 Mexico!!

I've used insurancechoice.co.uk/ for recent trips. It was recommended from the AFA website heartrhythmalliance.org/afa...

Never had to make a claim, but they always seem knowledgeable of the AF condition
