Good evening all, sorry I haven't been around the forum much, but FYI I am well, or even very well, and very busy indeed in my life.

However I do want to set some dates for Nosh and Natter, and if you are newish to the forum you may not know what this is

It's an informal gathering of AF sufferers, their friends, siblings, partners significant others and/or lovers although please sort out any relationships prior to turning up, we hate scenes :)

We simply Nosh (London for eat and no it's not jellied eels) and Natter (London for talk, and talk and talk.... you get the idea)

EV cafe is in Isabella Street right behind Southwark station, a short walk from Waterloo and is a delightful quirky little cafe selling great coffee, fresh orange juice, and the most delicious home made Turkish salads and food. And I mean delicious, I can honestly say that anyone who has ever come raves about the food and it's inexpensive. And for those who must, the baklava is made on the premises, delicious and has far too many calories for healthy eating.

We meet on Saturdays, from around 1pm, through to the last person getting up and walking away from me, when I have bored them to insensibility.

Very informal, no dress code just come and meet us.

So some dates for the year

Saturday 4th May

Saturday 13th July (should be great weather)

Saturday 7th September (just before the grandchildren go back to schooL

Any questions leave a message, either I will answer or some of the many people who have been before.

Dates edited, apologies for my inability to read a calendar

Welcome back Ian. Ive just been popping in and out, I often read the posts but there are so many knowledgeable folk on the forum now ,that I dont often comment . I was wondering where you had disappeared to. X

Good to hear from you! Pleased to have the dates and hope to make one, but probably not May as train travel looks very challenging that day.

Nice to hear from you Ian - I was thinking about you the other day that we had not heard from you - so I thought you must be away on one of your far flung travels. I will get to one of your meetings but May is probably not possible, I will have to try for one of the other dates.

Hi Mr Beancounter I was hoping you would be organising some more as I never managed to make a mosh and natter last year - defeated by snow on one occasion I think. Glad you are back and I hope to see you and other fellow AF-ers this year. Liz
