Ablation today

Had a cryoablaton today. Hospital for 07.00, in the theatre for 09.15, back in my room for 12.00. Bit sore in the groin area but apart from that I feel fine. EP said the procedure went very well just need to rest.

Definitely allow yourself to be spoiled and completely looked after. No point rushing back to full activity. This operation is for long term.

I'm now 1 year post cryo-ablation and am feeling great.

Enjoy a lazy recovery and build things back slowly.
