Ablation today

After a sleepless night I’m now in the hospital waiting for my ablation to be done. Not as scary as I thought with covid stuff but still I have a fine crop of butterflies in my stomach. Notwithstanding that I am really glad to be here and will update the group when I can

Remember when you get home, really take it easy for at least a couple of weeks. After that only ease yourself back into normal life at the rate that your body tells you.
