I am sure you will get quite a few replies as I know there a few fans. From what I know - the oil can make your skin itchy so keep some skin lotion at hand.
Best wishes
I use zechstein magnesium oil. I use 10 big squirts. I was not aware you could take too much it could cause problems (oops!? ) Anyway it has not caused me issues. I do not believe it Improved my A fib either but I only started to take it 4 months prior to an ablation. I still use it most nights as I did find I seemed to sleep better a few weeks after I started using it . (I am a poor sleeper) . I read this somewhere when i was researching magnesium so , as with a lot of things this could just be a coincidence but I have persisted.
I have no skin problems and don't find it itchy but wash your hands after rubbing it in as it does sting if you get it in your eyes . Tastes horrible too so be careful with the spray direction!
I use it sometimes. The bottle says 10to20 sprays daily so I use around 12 or 14. Not sure if it helps but does not make me itchy. It can tingle when you first start to use it. I read somewhere that that is a sign you are deficient but don’t know how true that is.
FYI - you can make your own magnesium oil simply by mixing pure magnesium Chloride crystals with distilled water. I use Heiltr pfen Magnesium Chloride crystals from Germany that I purchased on Amazon. You can google the directions. This is very economical compared to what you have to pay for prepared solutions. Soaking in a bath with Epsom salts also does the same thing. Hope this helps!
I use three squirts bottom of feet before sleep.
I use Ancient Mineral spray. 6 sprays are equal to 100mg. I use about 10 sprays daily on tops of legs also on arms. When I started using it it did sting and was a bit itchy but your body does get used to it. It's fast absorbing and can be washed off quite soon after administering if need be. When I first started it I had no AF episodes for eight weeks I thought I'd cured myself what joy! But not the case as it did return but it is no where near as prolonged as before or as fast making its easier for me to cope with. As a side note my joint pains have also greatly improved. I would recommend you give it a try. If you have any kidney problems I would advise you check with your GP first. Look at videos on here from Dr Gupta cardiologist from York hospital he is very pro magnesium.
