It calms you down and helps you sleep. i have AF and take magnesium taurate every day

Magnesium deficiency has been linked to an increased risk of AF. However, taking supplements, even if deficient, won't necessarily improve your AF.Having stated that, my cardiologist advised me to take magnesium supplements at my first appointment. Even though doing so didn't seem to improve my AF he wanted me to continue taking them. So almost 6 years on and I'm still taking them. They're also good for other reasons so worth discussing with your medical professional.
