I don't normally do this but found myself unusually overjoyed with the contents of a letter I received this morning. It is now seven years since my prostate cancer surgery and my six monthly PSA blood test just came back undetectable ---AGAIN!
There is life after cancer.
OK I know it isn't anything to do with AF but I know others here may have been where I have.

Absolutely brilliant news. So pleased for you Bob. Yes many others have been where you are Bob and it’s lovely to be able to share news of hope and life.
It’s a lovely Valentines gift for you so go celebrate with your good lady.
Fantastic news Bob. When folk receive a diagnosis of cancer and then when going through the treatment phase, it is so easy to feel despondent so your great news will help many to see light at the end of the tunnel. Im so pleased for you. X
Really chuffed for you Bob, and I know how that feels for your family too. My husband had the same experience about 6 years ago and it always a relief to get a good result.
Wonderful news Bob.My brother of 86 was diagnosed with bladder cancer 6 months ago. He thought 'this is IT' The surgeon operated and said 'you are fine now for another decade'!
Well done Bob! Now shout it from the rooftops so that other men are inspired to go see their Doctor if they have any unexplained symptoms. Early detection is a must. I had skin cancer and am now on a one woman mission to remind people of the dangers of sun bathing!
That is great news Bob. Thank you for posting it. Good news should be shared. It makes us all a little bit more positive whatever our health issues are. Thank you for sharing. Annel
Fantastic news Bob, so glad to hear you're doing well.
Great news for you and yours Bob and it'll cheer my 'baby' brother (67) just a few months into his prostate cancer journey. Thanks for sharing your very special news.
So good, Bob. As we have said before, one of the good things about being a cancer survivor, in addition to still being alive, is that life's pleasures can seem a little sweeter and felt more keenly.
