Treatment Options post Chemo/Pluvicto?

As the title says, my father will be discontinuing Pluvicto after 2 rounds as his latest PSMA PET showed some slight decrease in areas but ultimately new growth / metastasis to different areas in the bone.

Prior to pluvicto, my father did 4 rounds of Jevtana but that also did not make much of a dent.

Doctor is recommending Xofigo at this point given most of my fathers metastasis is in the bone but looking ahead what other treatment options should we be considering? clinical trials?

Any insight/advice is sincerely appreciated!

I would recommend Xofiga too. It works but often does not reduce the PSA value. After you are done with six cycles of Xofigo Opevesostat may be approved.

Xofigo is only for bone metastasized PCa.
