I turn to you in hope of finding useful information regarding Pluvicto options in the European countries. Unfortunately, my father (69) is nearing the end of the road regarding potential options for fighting and controlling mCRPC (past therapies included surgery, radiation, hormone blocks - Xtandi, and chemotherapy - Docetaxel and Cabazitaxel) and his doctors suggested to look for potential clinics that offer Pluvicto treatments. As solid information are notoriously hard to find online, I would like to ask for your suggestions regarding clinics, doctors, websites, etc.. (preferably in the EU but other regions are also options). Also, what is to be expected from the financial standpoint? Are there significant differences in price and quality of treatment between the EU / U.S. / Asia (e.g., Turkey)?
I thank you all in advance.
Stay strong and best of luck to you.

In Finland there is a private specialist Clinic (Docrates) that have done Lutetium 177 (Pluvicto) treatments for many years and I think they are are one of the top clinics in Scandinavia and in Europe when it comes to different radiation treatment pathways.
Like I Said, it’s a private specialist clinic so you pay for your treatment and then I suppose it’s up the country where you live if they are able to help you with the cost.
Me and the profile Brysonal have done Lutetium 177 treatment there and like I said, they have many years of treating with Lutetium 177 and mixing it up with other treatmodalities.
Hi, my husband had Pluvicto at a private clinic in London as we had exhausted all NHS treatments apart from Cabazitaxel which, as the previous chemotherapy hadn’t worked, we felt wasn’t worth the side effects. Before he had the first Pluvicto treatment he was in a significant decline and I seriously thought we were going to loose him. The first treatment was amazing - he went back to how he had been 6 months before, not exactly in full health but capable of walking, eating and enjoying life again! Blood tests prior to the second treatment showed his haemoglobin and platelets had taken a kicking so he was given a reduced dose - he remained in reasonable health but the poor blood levels were causing him problems. Unfortunately despite a full blood transfusion the day before, the third treatment proved impossible due to his poor blood levels, this left us with no more options.
In conclusion therefore, would we have had the treatment? We would say absolutely as it ‘bought’ him a couple of good months.
I hope that helps, one ‘unhelpful’ fact I’ve learnt over the last 2 years of my husband’s ‘aggressive’ cancer is that everyone is different and the permutations of treatment options are infinite, making the right choices can be a bit of a lottery even with a great oncologist as we had. I wish you the best of luck.
Hi! My dad went to Finland/ Docrates. But I would strongly advice you to consider Germany. We were in contact with Prof. Dr. med. S. Ezziddin / Klinik für Nuklearmedizin in Homburg. The prices are much lower and they have extensive experience with these drugs.
And I would strongly advice Finland / Docrates and their chief ONCO Dr Timo Jonsuu. Docrates have been doing all sorts of radiation including Lu-177 and both me and the profile Brysonal have done treatment there and they have several years of treatments involving Lu-177
Brysonal had his Lu-177 in 2021 and I had mine in 2023-2024
