How long should you take Orgovyx if you have a single gland metastasis in the pelvis after prostate surgery and after having received radiation treatment?

Did you have whole pelvic radiation or prostate-only?

Is your metastasis still there following radiation? And is it gone now? Sorry, I wasn't clear on that point.

first total prostatectomy. postop elavated PSA and a small pelvic lymfatic metastas was observed. Postop pelvic extern radiation (rotating linar accerator).

You can't have more radiation in the same area. So your ADT is lifelong.

How long ago was the radiation? Has your PSA been rising after radiation?

DrSalt in reply to9020B

Exactly one year ago. Extra sensitive PSA = 0 has not been rising after radiation

Optimal ADT duration should be determined by your doctor depending on your risk factors. I would hate to see you on lifetime ADT if it wasn't necessary.

I have not heard of PSA=0 before. Mine is <0.015, which they claim is the lowest possible measurement. Anyway, if yours is 0 then I would question the use of ADT. No PC should require no ADT imo.

You are right. The correct answer is < 0,02.
