Orgovyx monotherapy after 1 year

After almost 1 year of Orgovyx monotherapy started in January, my PSA is climbing from 0.066 nadir in June 2024, Aug 0.067, Oct 0.083, Nov 0.103. Testosteron is stabile around 0.60 ng/ml.

I noticed you aren't getting very good T suppression or maybe I calculated wrongly. Could this be related?

His trajectory is similar to mine and I've only been on Orgovyx since June of this year along with radiation and Xtandi. Sharp drop initially but after 3 months....

2024-08-06 PSA is 0.30 Testosterone: 28.9

2024-10-16 PSA is 0.50 Testosterone: 34.6

2024-11-28 PSA is 0.55 Testosterone: 40.38

Interesting. I'll make sure I keep getting T tests. I want it to be < 10 on ADT alone.

If my memory is correct this relatively high T while on this drug is becoming more common. The suggestion as I I remember was to go to the tried and true Lupron or add a second drug like Xtandi or some other ones.

Agreed, having been on ADT in some form for a few years, and the recent scan w/o showing wide spread metastases, it sounds like your PCa is somewhere between nmCRPC/mCRPC, in either case, adding an ARPI (Xtandi is one option, if budget/coverage is an issue, Abiraterone (at least in USA) has gone generic and is much more affordable) ADT + ARPI is a top NCCN recommendation

I have Stage 4B metastatic Pca and have been on Orgovyx about 38 months so far. My PSA remains undetectable. My most recent T level was 15ng/dL.

that is so good to here my hubby on it for we months. 4b as well doing well.
