Rising PSA

I finished 2 years of Rubraca 11/2022. Was taken to undetectable. No treatment following. PSA began to rise 05/2024 and is now 2.01.

I’m scheduled for PSMA PET next week followed by probable SBRT.

I’m castrate sensitive with probable metastases

Thoughts? Ideas?

Craig

The PSMA will tell you it all. I think you have it covered.

It should be started ASAP.

yes as Mr Allen kindly indicates - a regime similar to my own of Xtandi and 3 monthly abdomen injections of Gosalin appear to be keeping PSA < 0.03 currently I am grade 4 with spread through lymph and base of spine and femur - am considering weight loss injections and circumcision as little man almost invisible - growing breasts too and no sex drive aside from wifes hittachi - thinking and working feels like I have had 2 pints of beer sometimes - I dont drink or smoke and oncologist gave me 5 years - just 4 years ago - kindest Raoul

P.s. weight increase is no fun either !!!!
