Clinical Trial In Canada or USA?

Hello everyone,

I hope all of you are doing well. Unfortunately my brother(55 years) failed his treatment with Cabazitaxel and now we are looking for clinical trials. He has done triplet therapy with Nubequa and Docetaxel, Zytiga and prednisone and radiotherapy for his hip and now Cabazitaxel.

His MO doesn't tell him what treatment they want to do after one more cabazitaxel. My brother lives in Vancouver(Canada). My question is: How can I find open clinical trial in Canada and Usa to have some information for his next appointment with Mo?

Thanks in advance and I wish all the best for all of you.

This is in no way an endorsement or promotion of this clinical trial finding service, but it may be worth a try. massivebio.com/

You can go to clinical trials.gov and search. This will list recruiting and completed cancer trials. Website is not the easiest however. Recommend using filters to find options. Good luck!!

He can go to clinicaltrials.gov and put Canada in the location blank.

I think it's a good idea to get a biopsy of a recent metastasis and get enough tissue for histology, IHC and genomics. That will provide info that may suggest choice of one trial or another.

Thanks so much. I will let him know to discuss about it with his Mo.

I had 37 sessions, but not the drugs he used. My PSA has dropped to .016. Good luck
