I see so much advertising for this product , supplement , and was just wondering if anyone here takes it and what you think of it ? Thanks

I wouldn't trust it either. I stick with large quantities of the real thing, organic whenever possible.

Consumer Lab is very dismissive, saying that one apple has more value. However, they haven't tested the actual contents; their statement assumes the labels are correct.

Like the rest of you, I am extremely skeptical of the claims made by Balance of Nature. I just found an article from CBS News Health Watch (November 17, 2023) detailing the legal challenges that B of N has been dodging for years. This includes a federal court that recently ordered them to stop production until certain standards were met. Buyer beware!

Advertising supports profits. No good evidence of efficacy. Stick with real food and perhaps some phytonutrients supplements that have some evidence of benefit.

My parents have been taking that stuff and I have to for maybe a year. After my current supply runs out I'm not taking anymore. It's a questionable idea IMHO and I can tell no difference at all from it.
