Hi, does anyone hear about Ganocelium, this is the product prescription, "it is a pulverized mycelium of ganoderma lucidium (450 mg capsules). As a dietary supplement, Ganocelium supports the body with antioxidant effects. It contains Triterpenes, which increases oxygen consumption, tones up the liver, and reduces stress. It also contains Polysaccharides, which stimulate the macrophage activity to strengthen the body's immune system for energy and vitality restoration."
Friend of mine introduces this to me, says it help fight cancer and booster one's immune system.
I am wondering if anyone knew about it please write some comment that would appreciate

It sounds like the opposite of what a person with prostate cancer needs. Antioxidants can prevent the apoptotic and immune killing of cancer cells, and macrophages can promote tumor progression:
Thanks for the reply. I have read the article about it and did research on the product, found it can be used as supplement to main treatment such as Chemo and RT to help increase the effectiveness of treatment, it may be able to delay cancer growth but no scientific evidence.
My plan is to take it as supplement because it seems not have any side effect
What you have there my friend is a mushroom. The Japanese have been prescribing PSK with good results for cancer patients for decades, Turkey Tail mushroom. It is the beta-glucans that strengthen the immune system especially for patients receiving chemo.
As you read in the link below mushrooms are now being studied by other countries with good results.
Krestin (PSK) was approved in 1977 as a cancer therapy by the Japanese National Health Registry and represents 25% of the total national costs of cancer care in Japan. 52 Oncologists in the West have only recently begun to turn their attention to immune-based therapies and, thus, have generally not noticed this potentially important therapy…

Beta-Glucan of medicinal Lingzhi or Reishi mushroom, Ganoderma lucidum (BGG), possesses immunostimulatory and anti-tumor activities. Innate immune cells are activated by the binding of beta-glucan to the dectin-1 receptor. The present study investigated the immunostimulating activities of …
You are welcome. Turkey Tail is what the Japanese prescribe--PSK.
Paul Stamets' company, Host defense also offers other types as well including a blend called, "My Community". It is a blend of 18 mushrooms--synergy is good right?
Hallucinogenic mushrooms can be ingested through the anus canal....a/k/a taking a good Shiitake....

If you are interested in supplements perhaps you might have a look into Essiac.
I am the first to admit that there’s no scientific evidence showing Essiac to be effective, but I believe it has helped me greatly for over three years.
(You can click on my avatar if you want to read my bio.)
And here’s a PUB MED article about a patient with terminal pancreatic cancer who took Essiac plus another supplement after he developed intolerance to conventional treatments.
I have mets in bones and lungs, just finished chemo, now on RT while still on Zytiga.
I looked your profile, as you said you have mets as well, didn't have chemo and RT, just taking supplement Essiac and CBD oil, it is amazing and interested to me. so you mind advise the details bout where you buy and you take, any other supplement and diet that would be highly appreciated.
