I am 57 and on ADT (Firmagon+Zytiga+Prednisone) after surgery in 2022 and 39 sessions of RT in 2023 (Jan Feb). Till now I has been undetectable but at November my bloodwork showed PSA risen to 0.04. Should I be concerned or could it be just random fluctuation? Thanks for your reactions.

There is really nothing worth doing unless your PSA gets quite a bit higher or rises rapidly.
I assume <0.02 is undetectable with your lab? Might just be a lab variance. Worry if it gets to 0.20
