Im 85 and have stage four prostate cancer .I have two more chemo treatments to go.

Not enough older men get chemo. There's no reason a healthy 85 yo shouldn't get it.

I just join the group yesterday I have two more chemo treatments to go .

My first chemo treatment My PSA dropped

from 293 to 72 the third it's down 0.58

Also 85 and went through 6 sessions of chemo, which let the psa go up a bit. Side effects had me in bed after each dose every three weeks. If the upcoming scan and blood work show no downward progression , then we will see what else might work......................any recommendations
