Read him the book “imagine Heaven” Amazon. Amazing, well researched and very believable stories of thousands of people from all walks of life and cultures who have died and been resuscitated. All tell a similar story of their experience in heaven and how they did not want to come back. How they were greeted by deceased loved ones and how the beauty and awe were hard to describe. Stories like a 6 year old little girl who died and cane back after 6 minutes or so and spoke to her dr matter of factly about meeting her sister and mentioned her by name. The strange part was that her sister died when she was about 1 and her parents never told her about her. I’m was a skeptic but this was a pretty amazing analysis. Could be comforting. Bless you guys.

Dear Whodina.

I am so sorry to hear this. When you say you are in hospice, does that mean that your husband's treatments were stopped? Even Carbo Platin Chemotherapy? How is your husband doing?

You may have read that my husband recently passed away from Prostate Cancer that had spread into his liver. So please let me know if I can be of any help or if you just want to exchange thoughts or notes or whatever.

Mel.

Good Wednesday Morning whodina,

As others have asked, what recent treatments has your husband received?

I have been in this battle for almost six years and was diagnosed with mets in liver in September 2017. Began 6 cycles of Docetaxel/Carboplatin chemo which drove down PSA and reduced liver mets.

There is also a procedure for liver mets called Selective Internal Radiation-Spheres (SIR-Spheres), which injects micro particles of radiation into liver. Google it for details. My Med Onc has used it on several patients.

Prayers with you and your husband.

Best wishes. Never Give In.
