Pluvicto and Hemaglobin

After 5 sessions of Pluvicto, my hemoglobin levels are getting worse, as well as my Platelet count.

I had a blood transfusion about 5 weeks ago when the hemoglobin dropped below 7,and another one a week ago. After doing another blood test on Friday, my hemoglobin is already down to 7.9 and the Platelet count is down to 26k.

I could end up having transfusions every week or two at the rate I'm going.

Anyone else having these issues?

That’s scary. I assume you will not receive treatment #6. DH tolerated Pluvicto and just recently completed the series. He had slight anemia and platelets were below normal levels, but nothing like your response. Hoping you recover quickly.
