At my 6 week mark, after initial Pluvicto treatment, my PSA dropped over 70% from 98 to 23. Wow! 😀👍
As there is a potential total of 6 treatments 6 weeks apart, I expected my 2nd treatment last week. But, I was told there was no product available, and they weren't sure when it might be available. While I was disappointed, I was not surprised as it is we known about Novartis' production issues.
Less than 1 week later, I received a call that there was 1 dose available due to a previously scheduled patient taken off the med. I got it yesterday. I was told that the next 4 treatments, as deemed necessary, should not be an issue to obtain as I am now scheduled in the Novartis system to receive them regularly. I hope so. As always, I am hoping for the best.

That is great news. I appreciate you sharing. Good for you. You have been thru a lot of treatments (including trials). It bodes well for many of us as well to see another brother have success with Pluvitco. Great news and thanks for letting us know!
awesome news! Hopefully the Novartis NJ site will start cranking out more of this multi vision dollar drug. 2 other sites are getting fda approved to ramp up production.
I was hosed by the Novartis quality issue, too. I was to get dose #1 on Monday. Got a call last Friday saying it wouldn’t happen. Still no rescheduling call. I went to Plan B and start cabazitaxel/carboplatin tomorrow. So thankful as my oncologist also manages my pain. I learned yesterday that my blood pressure is very low (90/60) and that I am dehydrated. So the chemo is not without risk.
It's always essential to have a plan B. Existing Pluvicto patients have priority over new patients until production hopefully gets resolved by this summer.
Carl I don’t come on this forum very much anymore but thought I’d check in to see how everyone was doing. I was thrilled to see your great results!! I am so happy for you. Faith
